Good to know
- Which IELTS test does it cover?
- Both. You get the full Academic course and the full General Training course, so you can prepare for whichever test your university or plans require.
- How does the free trial work?
- Your trial gives you full access for 3 days. Your card is charged £19.99 when the trial ends unless you cancel before then from Billing.
- Why do monthly members receive an activation key?
- Our team verifies every new paid membership by hand. Once verified we email your key, usually within one working day. Enter it in the Academy to unlock your library.
- How do I cancel?
- Open Billing in the Academy. Cancelling stops all future payments and you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
- Does membership include consultancy?
- No. The Academy is a learning library. One-to-one advice from a counselor is a separate service you can book through our consultation page.
