These terms apply to your use of the Devayan Global website, student account and Partner Circle dashboard as well as to the advisory services provided by Devayan Global Ltd ("we", "us").
Our services
We provide advisory support for students applying to UK universities — including shortlisting, application support, document guidance and visa guidance.
Admission decisions are made solely by universities and visa decisions solely by UK Visas and Immigration. We never guarantee admission or visa approval.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and upload genuine documents. Submitting false or altered documents may lead to your account being closed.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Fees and payments
Our Advisory Fee is held until your UK student visa is approved. If the visa is not approved, that fee is not charged.
We never accept any university's tuition fee into our own account and we never take payment in cash or through any third party on our behalf. All fees are paid only through our official website or our company bank account, invoiced under Devayan Global Ltd. Please avoid anyone who tries to impersonate as our payment service provider.
Courses and ebooks
Some courses are delivered by vetted partner instructors rather than by us. Where that is the case the referral relationship is disclosed on the course page.
Partner Circle
Partners must represent us accurately, keep student information confidential and never promise admission or visa outcomes. Incentives are paid per student once the student has paid our Advisory Fee at the tier rate shown in the Partner Dashboard.
