Partner Relations Executive

About the role
Devayan Global is building an international network of education professionals, counselors, tutors, schools, English-language centres and student-facing organisations that help students discover opportunities for undergraduate study in the UK.
We are looking for a Partner Relations Executive to help develop and maintain these relationships across international markets.
This is an entry-level opportunity. Previous work experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
What matters most is your communication ability, professionalism, willingness to learn and ability to build genuine relationships.
Your mission
Build meaningful relationships with people and organisations that can introduce suitable students to Devayan Global.
You will represent Devayan Global professionally, introduce our services to potential partners and support relationships from initial contact through ongoing engagement.
What you will do
- Research potential education and student-network partners across international markets.
- Identify schools, counselors, tutors, IELTS/English centres and education professionals.
- Contact potential partners through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels.
- Introduce Devayan Global and explain our Partner Circle.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective and existing partners.
- Follow up with interested contacts and arrange meetings where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate partner information and communication records in the CRM.
- Support partner onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with active partners.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen long-term partner relationships.
- Coordinate with the student advisory and partnerships teams.
- Prepare basic reports on outreach, engagement and partner activity.

Compensation
Competitive · Negotiable · Profile-Based
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s profile, communication ability, skills, location, overall suitability and relevant experience where applicable.
We are open to discussing compensation with strong candidates and do not require previous professional experience for this position.

Working arrangement
- Work Model: Fully Remote

- Weekly Working Days: Monday–Saturday
- Weekly Day Off: Sunday
Because Devayan Global works with international partners, candidates should be comfortable maintaining sufficient availability for communication with partners across different time zones.
The role is flexible but responsiveness, consistency and agreed performance expectations are required.
